- Must be self employed for minimum 2 years

There are also products available for revenue purchases with as little as 0 Down for self employed clients!!!
4. Equity Take Outs
- Use up to 90% of the equity in your home for investments, payout debt, home improvements, buy real estate etc.
- Secured Line of Credit allows for interest only payments with an interest rate set at Prime floating
